The Institute onCommunity Integration at the University of Minnesota with the Minnesota Department of Human Services, The Arc Northland, Regional Quality Council, Habilitative Services, Inc, Dakota County, Olmstead County, St. Louis County, Mains'l, Residential Services, and The Learning Community and other community partners are proud to present the Minnesota Gathering for Person-Centered Practices.
The Learning Community for Person Centered Practices approves the Minnesota Gathering for Person Centered Practices as a sanctioned event. The TLCPCP sanction is an official designation issued by the TLCPCP without cost and conferred upon events whose planned agendas are found to be aligned with the stated vision and values of TLCPCP, and whose content satisfies the continuing education requirements and needs of practitioners trained in the use of TLCPCP curricula. The sanction is also an agreement to connect event participants back to TLCPCP.com so that they might share ongoing learning that will assist people in having positive control over lives they have chosen for themselves.
