Bring Your Poster for the Gallery Walk

A Gallery Walk is an informational poster you create at your workplace and share at the in-person Gathering of how you and/or your organization are putting your gifts, skills, interests, and dreams into action.

How it works: Before you come to the Gathering create a visual story on poster paper of initiatives and activities your organization is doing with person centered practices. Bring the poster to the Gathering and hang it on the wall for all to see and learn.

Make this a fun activity with your colleagues. Be creative and be inventive. See the example below.

Learning Marketplace

A Learning Marketplace is an impromptu lunch and learn session that is created by you on the day of the Gathering. Maybe there is a topic you need to talk about but it is not on the schedule. Over the lunch hour, you'll have an opportunity to contribute and learn in short, smaller, more intimate sessions. You decide what it is that you would like to share or learn. Further instruction will be given in the opening remarks on the day of the event.
